Thank you for purchasing IP/VS-SS-NP-475818（424715）-RC Series Solar Water
Heater Please take time to read this manual and familiarize yourself with the
function of this product.
The frame and bars are contained in a long thin carton. Please unpack this
carton carefully and lay out the parts. Please bring out all the screws, don’t
lose any screw.
Use the diagrams on the below to help identify the parts needed for each
stage of the assembly.
Structure drawing（brackets, accessories）

 (Steps of Assembly )
Step 1:Install front support,rear support,short diagonal bracing,long
diagonal bracing and tank holder.

 Picture 1:Put the front support,tank holder and rear support on the ground.
Picture 2:Put the short diagonal bracing and long diagonal on the
corresponding hole.
Picture 3:Insert M8*12 screw to the connection hole and tighten it,fasten the
tank holder back and rear support upper.
Picture 4:Insert M8*12 screw to the connection hole and tighten it,fasten the
tank holder front side ,front support upper and short diagonal bracing.
Picture 5:Insert M8*12 screw to the connection hole and tighten it,fasten front
support upper and short, long diagonal bracing.

 Step2 :Repeat the above steps to install another two groups.

 Step 3:Install scissor holder

 Picture 1:Take scissor holder together,and use screw to fasten.
Picture 2:Connect scissor holder to rear support back.
Step 4:Install reflector board

 Picture 1:Use M6 to fasten reflector board on connection hole(Φ7) of front
support.
Picture 2:According to the above step,install other reflector board.
Step 5:Install foot board

 Picture 1:Use M6 to fasten foot board on the bottom hole of front and
rear support.
Step 6 :Install tail stock

 Picture 1:Use M8 to fasten tail stock on the bottom hole of front support

 Picture 2:Put tube holder to tail stock hole.
Step 7 :Install water tank
Water Tank Assembly.
Make sure of the four screws at the bottom two sides of the tank into the
holes in the gantry，the tank can rotate in order to find the best place,then
tighten the screws.
Make sure the four screws at the bottom of tank into related long
holes,tank can be adjusted circularly, tighten the screws after adjusting.

 Step 8:Install the vacuum tube
Step 9:All-glass vacuum tube Assembly.
Put the Ornsment ring on the opening part of the vacuum tube.Daub
some lubricant referred in the above item on the opening part of the vacuum
tube.

 Insert vacuum tube into one of the water tank's holes for vacuum
tubes.Please make sure the opening part of the vacuum tube also insert into
the Seal Silicon ring and it's easily to insert if in the way of going round and
slowly.
After you insert the opening part of the vacuum tube into the holes of the
water tank,put the end of the tube into the cuppling of the frame and make
sure the course is going slowly.
Step 10:Tighten all screws and Check generally.
